How long will it take to get my order?
All of our items are printed on demand. The total time includes both production and shipping:

Where are your products printed and shipped from?
We print and fulfill orders locally whenever possible from our production studios in United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA), and Europe (EUR). Your order is automatically routed to the closest facility to speed up delivery.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
Will I have to pay extra taxes or custom fees?
No hidden fees! All prices displayed at checkout include applicable GST/VAT. Because we fulfill orders locally within major regions, the vast majority of orders arrive with zero customs charges.
What if I get charged an unexpected customs fee?
If your local customs office unexpectedly applies import fees, please email us at nonchalantee.business@gmail.com with a copy of the receipt, and our team will help sort it out.
Orders & Changes
Can I change or correct my shipping address?
Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at nonchalantee.business@gmail.com. Because we start production quickly, we cannot guarantee address updates after 12 hours or once the package has been dispatched to the carrier.
My tracking status hasn't updated. What should I do?
If your tracking info hasn't updated for more than 5 consecutive business days, or if your order is past the estimated timeframe, send us an email at nonchalantee.business@gmail.com and we will investigate it with the carrier right away.
